Perched slightly above sea level, Serenity Now has sweeping views and an abundance of light. Floor to ceiling windows capture all the sun in the summer and provide perfect, cozy storm watching in the winter. A generous 1,936sf overall, the main level features a fully appointed kitchen with island, granite counters, and every appliance you could need. The dining room seats 8 comfortably with a slider right out onto the deck. Just outside the sliding doors is a deck with an outdoor grill and plenty of space to enjoy the fresh air. The living room has a full couch, two cozy chairs and extra seating can be brought in by using the chair from the primary suite. Convenient powder bath and stocked game closet too! Main level primary suite with an incredibly comfortable king bed with memory foam topper, walk-in closet, and full bath. The lower level includes a second bedroom with another super comfy king bed, a bunkroom with four XL twin beds, a family room with large TV, a full bath, and laundry room. In the garage, you'll find plenty of gear to enjoy, including six beach cruiser bikes, coolers, chairs, and sand toys. All of this is within a 10-minute walk to the beach or 15 to Pelican Brewing. Parking for 4 cars max.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Twenty-five percent (25.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Costs: Nightly rate, cleaning fee of $150, and the county & state lodging tax of 11.5%
